The belt scale (belt weigher) is a dynamic continuous‑weighing device installed on belt conveyors. It measures material load and belt speed in real‑time during material transportation, and calculates instantaneous flow rate and cumulative total weight without stopping conveyor operation.

The complete system consists of weighing frame, load cells, speed sensor and weighing controller. Rugged construction enables stable performance under harsh working conditions with dust and vibration. Auto‑zero calibration ensures reliable measurement. It supports connection with PLC and DCS for data transmission, production statistics and material management.
