Raised chevron conveyor belt

Chevron conveyor belt (also named raised herringbone / V pattern belt) is designed for inclined bulk material transportation. The raised chevron profiles are vulcanized integrally with the belt base, to prevent material slip and backflow during steep angle conveying.

Structure: EP polyester canvas / NN nylon canvas as tension layer, premium wear-resistant rubber cover. Chevron height can be customized from 5mm to 25mm, belt width 300mm–1600mm. Advantages:

Anti-slip, allow conveying angle up to 35°, save plant space.
Integrated vulcanized chevrons, no peeling off, excellent impact & tear resistance.
Smooth discharge, no material buildup, plain back side protects rollers.
